Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy on full price items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We cannot accept returns on sale items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any garments with perfume or other strong odours may be refused.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return:

Contact us at HelloNouska@hotmail.com stating you wish to return your item and the reason. Please include your order number in the email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The postage cost of a return will be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Damaged item or incorrect item

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pierced earrings and custom products.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take up to 7 working days for the bank to process a refund.
